How do meditation and mindfulness link? Well, both practices are skills that give us the tools to access a state of inner peace. As we know, mindfulness is being actively aware of what you’re doing while you’re doing it. This is why it links to meditation because you become fully aware and engaged within the activity. Also while meditating, we are mindful of our thoughts. Both practices rely on the ability to be focused entirely on the present moment.
